Secure Packaging
Place the electronic component in its original anti-static packaging and include all original documentation, cables, and connectors to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
